Imagro Construction, based in Milan, is a Joint Venture between Imagro and Orascom Construction with the active support of SACE for the management of the Italian content provided by a large and complex supply chain of around 100 primarily Italian SME suppliers in relation to a major power-plant project awarded in 2015 by Egyptian Electric Holding Company to Siemens and Orascom Construction.

The JV also helped prepare, refine and administer SACE Buyer Credits arranged by HSBC and BNP Paribas. The 3-year construction period was managed smoothly with almost daily input and intervention from the JV.
